Avocado mousse with iCaviar
Whip 250 ml of cream until stiff, puree a ripe avocado and combine with the cream. Refine to taste with sea salt and fresh-ground pepper and fill into stylish bowls. Add a bit of iCaviar to the top or mix in as desired.
Clever combination: iCaviar and smoked salmon
Quick to prepare, whether as an appetizer or main dish: garnish a smoked salmon fillet (cut from the midsection) with iCaviar, a bit of sour cream and chopped chives or parsley and serve.
De luxe baked potatoes
Bake red potatoes (e.g. roseval) in the skin, cut open but do no completely halve. Add a spoonful of sour cream and some iCaviar garnished with dill to each half.
